Dissolve Yoga is not another yoga course. It uses traditional Hatha Yoga shapes as a vehicle for the Dissolve method — using posture, breath, and awareness to explore and release habitual patterns of tension throughout the entire body-mind system.
Through 49 carefully sequenced asanas, you will develop a direct, embodied understanding of where you hold tension and how to invite that holding to dissolve. The course aligns with the 8 limbs of Yoga, providing not just physical practice but a complete framework for living with greater clarity and peace.
The Heart of the Practice
The body is a map of everything we’ve held onto — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Each shape you explore reveals a layer of contraction. Each breath is an invitation to let that layer go. The practice is gentle but deeply effective.

I’ve been teaching yoga for twelve years and Dissolve Yoga showed me an entirely new dimension of the practice.
