This is direct, no fuss, essential training that will take you to where you want to be.

I’ll sculpt the training so that you get the most out of each lesson.  And I’ll answer your questions, either directly in the session or via dm.

The whole idea is to teach you how to train …

so that you are not dependant on ongoing classes, a never ending workshop circuit and retreats.

My whole modus operandi is to give you the tools you need, in the clearest and most accessible way.

You can train with me for a month or two, then take that new found clarity, and train independently, with confidence.

We’ll kick off the first group on March 1st.

You can train for 1 or 2 months. You can pay 1 month at a time – US$100 per month.

I’m not interested in charging ridiculous rates.

So that’s 1 or 2 months of training with me – a video lesson tailored to the group every week, questions answered either by email/message or in the lesson.
