The live room
Circle is the live source. Eight students. One weekly session, 60–90 minutes, with Andy in the room. The teaching is unscripted — what gets taught each week emerges from what the eight people in the Circle bring. Questions, blocks, breakthroughs, the work itself. This is how the internal arts have always been taught, in the small room, with the people who showed up. Direct.
And each week, you can also film yourself training and Andy returns personal video feedback on your own work. Questions are answered.
Why eight
Small enough that everyone gets seen. Small enough that the teaching can stay live and responsive. Small enough that Andy can hold each person’s training in mind from week to week. Eight is the size that lets the room work.
The feedback loop
Between live sessions, you film yourself training. Andy returns personal video feedback each week — calibrating your work, naming what’s shifting, pointing at the next thing. This is the same feedback the closest students have always received.
What it feeds
The Circle session is what gets recorded and delivered to Posse and Posse + members the following week. So the work done in this room reaches the wider field — not as performance, but as the natural extension of the teaching that happened live.
Who it’s for
Foundation graduates ready for live weekly work. Students whose schedule can hold the timeslot. Practitioners who learn fastest in the live room — the questions they ask, the corrections they receive in real time, the energy of seven other serious students training alongside.
Capacity
Eight seats, hard cap. Seats open as members move. Waitlist available — when a seat opens, the next on the waitlist is offered first. Posse + is the closest alternative if Circle is full.
