What you’ll be doing
Seeing Clearly. This is the main function of Dissolve Yoga.
Connection. You find a deep level of connection. To the earth, to your body, to your awareness.
Open. The body will become strong, open and full of qi or prana. Not because you tried to build it, but because ‘you’ got out of the way.
Breath is Natural. The natural rhythm that emerges when nothing is being forced.
The Practice in Ordinary Life. Walking, sitting at a desk, standing in a queue. Learn to Dissolve all day.
Habituated, Not Performed. The dissolving runs underneath your day. Built-in, habitual. It becomes your second nature.
