Foundations + Circle – Alignment Training

Foundations, with your first month of Circle included. Four weeks of Foundations with Andy: a one-hour video lesson each week and personal video feedback on your own training. Then a month in the Circle: four live sessions with Andy, around 90 minutes each, up to eight students, with personal video feedback between sessions. US$380 once (US$424 separately).

Foundations is enough to train independently. The month is there if you want support while you integrate the practice. Memberships are paid one month at a time; you retain lifetime access to the month you buy.
