Foundations + Posse + – Alignment Training

Foundations, with your first month of Posse + included. Four weeks of Foundations with Andy: a one-hour video lesson each week and personal video feedback on your own training. Then a month of Posse +: the Circle’s recorded session each week, plus personal video feedback on your own training. US$335 once (US$374 separately).

Foundations is enough to train independently. The month is there if you want support while you integrate the practice. Memberships are paid one month at a time; you retain lifetime access to the month you buy.
