Posse + is Posse with feedback added. Each week, you receive the Circle’s live session as a recording (60–90 min) — new teaching, new depth, shaped live by what the Circle members bring. And each week, you film yourself training and Andy returns personal video feedback on your own work. Questions are answered.
Why this exists
Two kinds of students sit naturally here. The first: practitioners who want ongoing teaching plus the personal calibration step — they know how much feedback matters to their progress. The second: students who would have joined Circle but couldn’t make the timeslot or missed the eight-seat cap. Posse + gives them the same teaching and the same feedback, just asynchronously.

Foundation graduates who want both weekly teaching and weekly personal feedback. Students whose schedules don’t match the Circle timeslot. Students on the Circle waitlist. Anyone who learns fastest with the calibration loop in place.

Posse + is feedback-bound — there’s a cap on total active members across Foundation, Posse +, and Circle combined. We open seats as capacity allows. If full, you’ll be added to a waitlist.
